In September 2003 a Youth Conference was held with a focus on young people being stirred up for overseas mission work. This unique event was a great success, and many young people signed up for ministry to fields such as Kenya and ThailandThe task of involving the next generation in the Great Commission is required to enable a new era in missions to begin. It is crucial to give young people an opportunity in cross-cultural ministry. Generations X & Y are excellent at working together in teams to accomplish God’s work. Global Xposure is a vehicle for that to enable that to happen. In order to reach the remaining unreached people of the world, we must approach the challenge by seeking God for new initiatives, and learning from those more experienced in cross-cultural ministry. |
